Jakarta - Angkasa Pura Airports together with the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has agree to make commitment on Gratification Controlling Program (PPG) on Friday (11/4) in the Angkasa Pura Airports Headquarter, Grha Angkasa Pura I Building, Kemayoran, Central Jakarta. It is signed by soacialization and ceremony of signatory PPG Commitment by Giri Supraodiono, as the Director of KPK Gratification, Drs Suratto Siswodiharjo as the Main Commissioner of Angkasa Pura Airports, and Tommy Soetomo as the President Director of Angkasa Pura Airports.
In his welcoming speech, Giri Suprapdiono said that the role of PPG was as the basis on the success of a long terms good governance for government and management. Giri Suprapdiono added that gratification, in this case, was an activities of giving and receiving present or souvenirs and entertaining, either accepted from in or out of country by with or without electronic tools that performed by individual in Angkasa Pura Airports related to the autority or position in the company, which can cause conflict of interest affecting individual’s professionalism of Angkasa Pura Airports.
The signatory of this PPG Commitment was directly witnessed by the Secretary Directorate General of Air Transportation, the boards of directors and commisioners of Angkasa Pura Airports, the boards of subsidiaries directors of Angkasa Pura Airports (AP Hotel, AP Supports, AP Logistic, AP Property) and the officialas in Angkasa Pura Airports. “This commitment was not only to realize SOE Clean program but also the will of Angkasa Pura I to realize the principles of transparentcy, accountability, and responsibilty of company and an effort to realize Good Corporate Governance (GCG),†said Tommy Soetomo in his speech.
This ceremonial event was continued by the handover of Drop Box for Gratification by Giri Suprapdiono to Tommy Soetomo after the signing. Such Drop Box wis functioned as the complaning box for public to inform the performance of Angkasa Pura Airports. [Pardika Dewi Retno S]
