YOGYAKARTA - Member of New Airport Development Preparation Team (P2B2) Angkasa Pura Airports, Eko Bambang said it does have a normative deliver material from the AP Airports to the Regent Kulonprogo. The matter is still not final because it is still formulated with DIY materials from local government and the necessary inputs.
"AP Airports appoint a team of UGM to work on the normative material, the material is already but it is not final yet because there are still aspects of input from citizens and related Regional Work Units (SKPD) in Kulonprogo and so on. Having formulated by the team, the new material will be presented to the Kulonprogo Airport Development Preparation Team" said Eko to KRjogja.com, Thursday (08/14/2014).
Eko claimed formulation stages of the dissemination material does take quite a while time, before eventually will be disseminated to the people affected by the construction of the airport in Kulon Progo. Normative aspect that carried by AP Airports as socialization material contains social programs, pre-construction, construction and post-construction, built villages around the airport development projects and so on.
"Content is appropriate with State-Own Enterprises (BUMN) programs in general, there is usually a related revision further inputs to supplement and enhance the material so it is really ready to be delivered to the residents affected by the construction of the project," he said.
Eko expects further material such socialization immediately pursed and formulated with material arranged DIY local government. Socialization phase will be conducted in accordance with Act No. 2 of 2012 which will bring up the Location Permit Determination (IPL) Governor of Yogyakarta. After Yogyakarta Governor IPL is circulated, it will be submitted to the Office of BPN DIY, which will form a task force (measurement) and Task B (juridical) inventory plot locations for the airport with a grace period of 30 days.
