Angkasa Pura Airports Tandatangani Akta Pengalihan Saham Gapura Angkasa

JAKARTA - President Director of Angkasa Pura Airports, Tommy Soetomo signed a deed of shares transfer of PT Gapura Angkasa (10/12). The event took place at the Grha Angkasa Pura I, it was attended by the President Commissioners of PT Gapura Angkasa, Novianto Herupratomo, President Director of PT Gapura Angkasa, Agus Priyanto, Director of Strategy, Business Development and Risk Management of PT Garuda Indonesia, Puji Rifajantoro, and the IT and Finance Director of Angkasa Pura Airports Gunawan Agus Subrata.

"The transfer of shares is intended to shore up the investment needs in order to increase service on service users of the airport," said Tommy in his speech. By the date, December 31, 2013, the composition of shareholders of PT Gapura Angkasa are Angkasa Pura Airports  (31,25%), PT Garuda Indonesia (37.5%), and PT Angkasa Pura II (31,25%). Angkasa Pura Airports do the release of shares of PT Gapura Angkasa of 21.25% to PT Garuda Indonesia. On the other hand, PT. Garuda Indonesia sees the need to increase the share ownership in the gate for the enhancement of services in particular in the area of ground handling.
