Jakarta, July 19, 2018 - The Ministry of SOEs announced a change in the composition of commissioners of Angkasa Pura Airports, there are three new names occupying the position of Commissioners, namely Djoko Sasono, Tri Budi Satriyo, and Ali Mochtar Ngabalin who replaced the previous three commissioners.
Djoko Sasono was appointed as the President Commissioner of the company to replace Andi Widjajanto who was previously appointed as President Commissioner of Angkasa Pura Airports on April 4, 2017. Tri Budi Satriyo was appointed as a member of the Board of Commissioners to replace Boy Syahril Qamar who has served as Independent Commissioner of Angkasa Pura Airports since 7 April 2014.
While Ali Mochtar Ngabalin was appointed as a member of the Board of Commissioners to replace Selby Nugraha Rahman who has served as a member of the Board of Commissioners of Angkasa Pura Airports since October 25, 2015. Anandy Wati, previously a member of Board of Commissioners since 7 April 2014, was appointed as Independent Commissioner.
The appointment and dismissal of this commissioner was based on the Decree of the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) as the General Meeting of Shareholders of Angkasa Pura Airports (Persero) SK-210MBU/07/2018 on Termination and Appointment of Board of Commissioners Members and Determination of Independent Commissioner of Angkasa Pura I Airports dated July 19, 2018.
The submission of a copy of the decree was made by the Assistant Deputy for Financial Services, Survey Services and Consultant II of the Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises Wien Irwanto to the new Commissioner attended by the Board of Directors and Commissioners of Angkasa Pura Airports and officials of the Ministry of SOEs on Thursday (19/7) at the Office Ministry of SOEs.

Djoko Sasono previously served as Secretary General of the Ministry of Transportation. While Tri Budi Satriyo has background from the TNI environment with the rank of Marshal Young TNI. While Ali Mochtar Ngabalin was a politician from the Golkar Party which in May 2018 was briefly appointed as Prime Experts Deputy IV of Political Communication and Information Dissemination.
