Strengthen Coordination, Angkasa Pura Airports Held Management Meeting in Surabaya

SURABAYA - In order to strengthen the coordination and ensure the targets set by the company in 2018, PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero) held a Management Meeting to discuss the Realization of the Company's Budget & Work Plan (RKAP) in the First Semester of 2018 at the JW Marriot Hotel, Surabaya, Monday (30/7). The Management Meeting will last for 2 days from 30-31 July 2018 attended by all Directors of PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero), Director Dapenra & Chairperson Yakkap, 23 Vice Presidents from Head Office, 13 General Managers, 3 Project Leaders and all levels Directors of subsidiaries.

"This Management Meeting (Rapim)is a routine agenda of the company every year to improve the coordination and consolidation and find solutions among the management to address problems faced by the company and at the branch office in meeting the set targets," said PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero) PTS.VP Corporate Secretary, Handy Heryudhitiawan.

Aside from the agenda of presenting the performance of the company and corporate strategy by the Board of Directors of Angkasa Pura I, this time the Meeting also featured speakers from external companies. Some of the agendas to be presented included Prevention of Corruption presented by Chairperson of the Government's Central Development and Safeguard Team (TP4P) Ranu Mihardja, material on Servant Leadership hosted by Adolescent Tampubolon and submission of the 2018-2023 Corporate Long Term Plan (RJPP) by KPMG Indonesia. In addition to the delivery of material in this activity, the Occupational Health and Safety Commitment (K3) was signed by the Airport Safety Group.

Angkasa Pura I President Director Faik Fahmi in his remarks explained that 70 percent of passenger growth, aircraft and cargo fleets in the last 5 years were supported by 5 major airports of Angkasa Pura I namely I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport in Bali, Sultan Hasanuddin Airport in Makassar, Juanda Airport in Surabaya, Balikpapan SAMS Sepinggan Airport and Yogyakarta Adisutjipto Airport. "In the future, growth is expected to be more optimal and evenly distributed to all airports managed by AP I," said by Faik Fahmi.

Faik Fahmi also explained that currently Angkasa Pura I's revenue growth continues to increase in 5 years with an average growth rate of 24 percent. "Thank God, Angkasa Pura I's income continues to grow. Aeronautical and non-aeronautical income experienced healthy growth with an average growth rate of 20 percent and 31 percent respectively,"Faik explained.

"Through Rapim, it is expected that the management can improve their performance and address the problems faced together to achieve the targets that have been set," added Faik. [AD]
