Angkasa Pura Airports Awarded For Best Contact Center Indonesia 2018

JAKARTA - Angkasa Pura Airports received the Silver Award for the Best Contact Center Operations category at the 2018 Indonesian Best Contact Center event held by the Indonesia Contact Center Association (ICCA) at Bidakara Hotel, Jakarta, Friday (3/8).

"This award is an appreciation and recognition of the performance and service of Angkasa Pura’s 172 Contact Centers that have delivered excellent services for its customers. The ease of conveying aspirations and complaints on public services in the era of social media such as today is a challenge especially in terms of promptness, accuracy in handling issues and providing the best solutions to customers,"said Director of Angkasa Pura Airports, Faik Fahmi.

The award was the first award received by Angkasa Pura Airport in its debut participation. Angkasa Pura Airports currently operates Contact Centers which can be accessed by Phone Number: 172, Email: cc172@ap1.co.id and Twitter social media: @angkasapura172 and Facebook: AngkasaPura 172.

"The 172 Contact Center of Angkasa Pura Airports is aimed to provide a convenient tool to accommodate customer aspirations and complaints on the services of 13 airports so that we can always offer the best and personalized service to all customers," Faik added.

ICCA is an association that contributes to the growth of Contact Centers in Indonesia, especially in the development of industries and businesses, ranging from banking, insurance, retail, telecommunications, transportation to the oil and gas industry. This award was conferred after monitoring the performance of the Contact Centers for 1 year, namely from 1 July 2017 to 30 June 2018. The indicators to evaluate the contact centers are among others the Ease ofAccess, the System and Procedure and the People based on the results from the Care Center for Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty.
