JAKARTA - The Ministry of SOEs as the shareholder of PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero) appointed Faik Fahmi as President Director. The appointment of Faik Fahmi as President Director of Angkasa Pura Airports was made in the General Meeting of Shareholders of PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero) as described in the copy of Letter SK-289/MBU/12/2017 on the Dismissal and Appointment of Members of the Company's Board of Directors ) PT Angkasa Pura I dated December 22, 2017.
In a copy of the Decree signed by SOE Minister Rini M. Soemarno, the Ministry of State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) dismissed the President Director of Danang S. Baskoro appointed based on the Decree of the Minister of SOE Number SK-240/MBU/10/2016 dated October 18, 2016 and Director Marketing and Service Moch. Asrori based on the Decree of the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises No. SK.222/11/2015, dated November 9, 2015. On the occasion, Minister Rini M. Soemarno appointed Faik Fahmi as President Director and Devy Suradji as Director of Marketing and Services in Angkasa Pura Airports.
The submission of a copy of the decision was made by the Deputy Assistant for Financial Services Business, Survey and Consultant Service II of the Ministry of SOEs Wien Irwanto who also attended the Board of Directors and Commissary of Angkasa Pura Airports along with officials and employees of the Ministry of SOEs.

The presence of Mr. Faik Fahmi and Mrs. Devy Suradji will certainly have a positive impact on Angkasa Pura Airports which is currently getting the mandate to building 3 airports, namely Yogyakarta International Airport in Kulon Progo, Ahmad Yani Airport Semarang and Syamsudin Noor Airport Banjarmasin, and developing 9 airports that have experienced over capacity," said by Corporate Secretary Angkasa Pura Airports, Israwadi.
Prior to his mandate to be the Managing Director of Angkasa Pura Airports, Faik Fahmi has long been experienced in the Transportation and Transportation Industry. Faik Fahmi has served as President Director of PT ASDP (Persero), Commercial Director of PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) and Service Director at PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk.
Prior to his position as Director of Marketing and Angkasa Pura Airports, Devy Suradji was a Communication Expert Staff to the Minister of SOEs. He also served as WWF Indonesia's Marketing and Communications Director. [AD]
