Kunjungan STT Adisucipto Yogyakarta ke Angkasa Pura Airports

Jakarta – Students of STT Adisucipto Yogyakarta visits the Center of Excellence Angkasa Pura Airports, Tuesday (01/04/2014). The students are the representatives of flight engineering program of STT Adicucipto Yogyakarta. This at noon-visit was opened with a welcoming speech by  Cecep Marga Sonjaya, Training and Development Group Head of Angkasa Pura Airports.

First event was an introduction to aviation world and profile of Angkasa Pura Airports by Handy Heryudhitiawan, Corporate Communication Department Head of Angkasa Pura Airports. “At this time, Angkasa Pura Airports has been transformed, changing paradigm on airport’s management. Today, Angkasa Pura Airports is developing an airport city concept” Handy said.

The event was continued with a presentation on airport service from Purna Irawan,  the Passenger, Airline & Cargo Services Department Head. Purna emphasized that the main focus of Angkasa Pura Airports at this time is to increase into 4, 83 Likerts scale of Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI).  “This number can be  reached by developing infrastructure and increasing airport service as best as possible for consumer satifcation.” Purna explained.

The participants of the visit look enthusiasm raising questions on airport service when the question session was opened. The event ended by giving souvenir by Rully Medianto, the lecturer of Flying Navigation Guidance of STT Adisucipto, for Angkasa Pura Airports. [Diani Sekaring Sejati]
