Komisi VI DPR-RI Laksanakan Kunjungan Kerja ke Sulawesi Utara

Manado - Commission VI - RI carried out a working visit to North Sulawesi Province, Tuesday (17/03). The event was held at the Convention Room Novotel Grand Kawanua Manado was attended by directors and related State officials like Angkasa Pura Airports, PT. Pelindo IV, PT. Pelni, PT. Garuda Indonesia, and PT. ASDP. Acting as a representative of Angkasa Pura Airports are Gunawan Agus Subrata as Finance & IT Director and Pipin Yusuf Arifin as the General Manager Sam Ratulangi Airport.

The event opened with a speech from the head of the House of Representatives Commission VI followed by exposure of each of directors of state of financial and operational performance of the company, plan development, as well as partnerships and community development programs in North Sulawesi.

"In general, the operational performance of Sam Ratulangi Airport pretty good. This is evidenced by a score of CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) reached 3.98. In addition, based on the calculation of the level of operational performance Level of Service (LOS), Sam Ratulangi Airport has a score in above average," said Gunawan.

Gunawan recognized that passenger traffic and aircraft are not too crowded enough impact on airport revenues. "However, this should not deter us to contribute to the region through the Partnership Program and Community Development (CSR).
