Semarang –PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero) is holding a photography contest entitled the 2014 Airport Photo Contest to commemorate the golden anniversary of the company.
The general requirements of this contest are:
1. Send a photograph in digital format with a minimum length of 1024 pixels and minimum resolution of 300 dpi in JPG format and send to airportphoto@angkasapura1.co.id. Label each photo with: “Name of Photographer-Photo Title-Location.jpgâ€
2. For the journalist category, send a photo that has been published in print media or online media between the period of 1st January 2012 to 27 June 2014 (proven by attaching the softcopy of the media clipping or proof of publishing).
3. The photo is not a result from digital manipulation.
4. Minor editing is accepted but limited to cropping or lighting adjustment, without changing the originality of the photo object.
5. Please include the participant category, photo title, location of the photo, photo description, photographer’s name, complete address, phone number or mobile phone number, email, scanned ID card/ Driving License (for the General Category), Press Card (Journalist Category), or ID Card (Employee Category) for each entry photo.
6. The Committee and Angkasa Pura Airports shall hold the rights to publish the photos and provide proper credit to the photographer.
The General Affairs and Communication Head Section of PT Angkasa Pura I Ahmad Yani Airport, explained, that the photograph should illustrate the spirit of service in an airport, such as service by the airport officers as well as the airport facilities which are designated to provide convenience for the airport service users. The photo objects can be the building or physical objects of the airport or the activities in one of the fourteen airports in the Eastern or Central Region of Indonesia managed by Angkasa Pura Airports.
“Each contestant is allowed to send of a maximum of 5 photos. All photos should be received by 30 June 2014 at the latest,†explained Anom. He added that the winner will be announced in the second week of July 2014 on the website:
