JAKARTA - Angkasa Pura Airports carry out the handover of Students Know Archipelago participants of East Nusa Tenggara province with PT Danareksa (Persero) and PT Pindad (Persero) in Jakarta (7/12).

A total of 17 high school students departed from NTT, with details of 7 students from Ende, 4 students of Southwest Sumba Regency, and 6 students from the Kupang. In the group, also took part 1 teacher, one person from the Tourism Department of NTT, and 1 from the Education and Culture Department of NTT.

All students will then be received by PT Brantas Abipraya (Persero), Peruri and PTJIEP (Persero) to attend a series activities of Students Know archipelago in Banten province for 14 days. In this period, participants will be invited to visit various places, such as the central government of Banten, Banten Archeological Sites, palace Surosowan, PT Brantas project, up to a Peruri factory.

Seventeenth these students have passed through the three stages of selection includes the selection and administration, academic, until the end of the interview. Selection of academic administration and implemented by the Education Department and continued with the interview process by Angkasa Pura I, Danareksa, and Pindad.

"Angkasa Pura Airports designated by the SOEsMinistry as a program coordinator for NTT, together with Danareksa and PINDAD as co-PIC. The purpose of this activity is that the students can add insight and motivated to reach high goals," said Human Capital and General Affair Director of Angkasa Pura I, Adi Nugroho.

At the same time, Angkasa Pura Airports also will accept 17 participants from the Riau Islands province selected by PT Pelindo I (Persero) and PT Krakatau Steel (Persero) Tbk. Seventeenth learners will follow the activities of Students Know archipelago for 14 days in NTT.

Students Know archipelago is a program initiated by the SOEs Ministry to commemorate the 70th anniversary of Indonesia. Implemented in 34 provinces throughout Indonesia, this program is a student exchange activities and facilitated by all SOEs. The program aims to preserve the national culture and instill a sense of pride in the homeland to the learners. [PR AP I)
