Angkasa Pura I Get The Third Winner Of Annual Report Award 2015

JAKARTA (27/09) - PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero) won Third Place in the implementation of the Annual Report Award (ARA) 2015. The night of the annual event organized by the Financial Services Authority, Bank Indonesia, the Indonesia Stock Exchange, the Directorate General of Taxation, Ministry of SOEs, the Committee national Governance Policy and the Indonesian Institute of Accountants held in Dhanapala Building, Jakarta (27/9).

"ARA is a tribute of the most prestigious for leading companies in Indonesia. This award is an appreciation of the extraordinary hard work and commitment on the implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) in the Angkasa Pura I," said Novrihandri, Director of Finance and Information Technology Space Pura I.

This year, the event was attended by Finance Minister Sri Mulyani and the Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs Nasution is the theme of "Quality Education to Support Sustainable Corporate Performance in Win Global Competition". ARA weight rating 2015 consists of eight criteria, including Financial Highlights, Company Profiles, Management Discussion and Analysis on the Company's Performance, Public Assessment, Financial Information, the Board of Commissioners and Board of Directors, Good Corporate Governance and Other. Angkasa Pura I in its Annual Report the theme Development on High Performance Airport Operator Corporation won 82.75 values for the category of Non-Finance Non-Listed SOE attended by 36 participants.

ARA 2015 is organizing the 15th since it was first held in 2002 with the aim of the initiative to encourage the practice of corporate management through information disclosure. This annual event is very useful for governments and regulators to determine the performance of listed companies, or central government, especially in terms of the implementation of Good Corporate Governance. The qualities of information disclosure in presenting the financial statements are expected to compete not only in the region but also at the global level.

ARA in 2015, there are 33 winners from 11 categories with a total of 303 companies that participated or an increase of 3.06% when compared to the 2014 ARA followed by 294 companies. [AD]
