Angkasa Pura Airports Wins Three Awards in the Indonesia Human Capital Award V

JAKARTA – Angkasa Pura Airports won three awards in the "Indonesia Human Capital Award (IHCA) V in 2019" organized by Economic Review Magazine in collaboration with Perbanas Institute, IPMI International Business School, NBO Group, Thomas International, Indonesia Asia Institute, and Ideku Group.

The three awards were General Champion V: The Best of the Best - Human Capital of the Year 2019, Special Award: Best in People Transformation, and The Most Outstanding Human Capital Director-2019 given to Angkasa Pura Airports Human Capital & General Affair Director Adi Nugroho. The 2019 IHCA V award was received by Adi at Balai Kartini in Jakarta (16/5).

"This IHCA V 2019 award is an appreciation for Angkasa Pura Airports in transformation and implementation as well as management & development of Human Resources to support the improvement of the company performance. We will continue to make various improvements in order to produce quality and competitive HR in the airport industry at global level,” Adi said.

IHCA V 2019 is the highest award given to companies in Indonesia with the aim to encourage the development of Human Resources to increase the Human Capital Index globally. IHCA competition is participated by SOEs (Tbk & Non Tbk), SOEs’ subsidiaries, and private companies (Tbk & Non Tbk) based on industry categories. The selection process for winners is done face-to-face by filling out questionnaires, conducting presentations, and direct interviews with the entire jury chaired by Stefanus M.S Sadana.

"The recipients of this award are companies that have been able to increase competitiveness and attractiveness of Human Capital as a Leverage Performance organization in the field of Strategic Human Capital Development, Recruitment and Talent Management, People Development, Performance Management and Technology Proponent Regional ASEAN," Stefanus said.
