Angkasa Pura Airports Wins An Award At The 6th Indonesia Law Award 2019

JAKARTA - Angkasa Pura Airports has won a prestigious award for Corporate Legal Team (In-House) with sub-category of Transportation and Logistics In-House at the 6th Indonesian Law Awards 2019 held by the Asian Legal Business (ALB). The award was handed over by the Head of International Business Law Program at the Prasetiya Mulya University Tetty Lubis and was received by Angkasa Pura Airports Legal Affairs Senor Manager Aidhil Philip Julian in Jakarta Thursday (10/10).

"In our first participation, Angkasa Pura I successfully nominated for two categories and won one of them. This is an appreciation for the performance of Angkasa Pura Airports personnel, especially the Legal Department which always gives the best efforts in dealing with various legal problems and supports the company business," said Angkasa Pura Airports president director Faik Fahmi.

In this event, Angkasa Pura Airports Legal Department went through a series of assessment process, such as the evaluation of proposal documents related to legal performance, interviews by the Appraisal Team from Singapore regarding litigation legal settlement strategies in court and arbitration, as well as corporate business practice without disclosing company secrecy.

The 6th Indonesia Law Awards 2019 was initiated by Asian Legal Business owned by Thomson Reuters, the world's leading provider of intelligence information for business and professionals.

The Indonesia Law Awards 2019 received more than 3,065 participants from law firms and legal team of both national and international corporate in Indonesia. The award recognizes the achievements of law firms, a company's legal team and leading legal practitioners in Indonesia throughout 2018.

The winners were chosen based on an intensive assessment and involved an independent jury of leading legal practitioners in various sectors that fit a variety of award categories. Besides Indonesia, the event was also held in Malaysia, Singapore, the Philippines, China, Japan, Hong Kong, India and South Korea.
