Jakarta - Angkasa Pura Airports and the Employee Association and Workers Union of Angkasa Pura Airports signed the Cooperation Agreement (PKB) for the 2014- 2016 period, last Wednesday, at Ngurah Rai Room, Head Office of Angkasa Pura Airports (25/06). Attending the event were the President Director, Director of Human Capital and General Affairs, Chairman of Employee Association, Chairman of Workers Union, and other officials.
The 2014-2016 PKB agreement was signed by Tommy Soetomo as the President Director of Angkasa Pura Airports, Daan Achmad as the Director of Human Capital and General Affairs, Zulkifli as the Chairman of Employee Association of Angkasa Pura Airports, and Sulistiani as the Chairman of Workers Union of Angkasa Pura Airports. This agreement was a result of negotiation and discussion among the employee association, workers union, and management of Angkasa Pura Airports to fortify the cooperation between the three parties.
"The cooperation agreement shows a harmonization between the management and employees to achieve the vision and mission of the company," said Tommy Soetomo in this occasion. Tommy added, that this agreement can promote the performance and enhance the motivation of all workers to work better and accelerate the productivity in line with the company’s profit.

n this occasion, Sulistiani - Chairman of Workers Union of Angkasa Pura Airports - and Zulkifli - Chairman of Employee Association of Angkasa Pura Airports - conveyed their appreciation to Tommy Soetomo for entering this agreement. "By signing this agreement, we believe that we will be able to lead this company to a positive direction, with a strong industrial cooperation which can promote the employees’ welfare and also improve the productivity," Sulistiani explained.
