Angkasa Pura Airports Receives Exodus Information Management Award

JAKARTA - Angkasa Pura Airports has received the 2019 Exodus Information Management Award from the Office of the Presidential Staff (KSP), collaborating with the Director General of Public Information and Communication of the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology and the Public Information Commission (KIP), for its performance to ensure smooth 2019 Eid exodus.

The award was received by Stakeholder & BoD Secretary Senior Manager Angkasa Pura Airports Eka Sandi Asmadi at the KSP Office in Jakarta on Friday (7/19).

"This award is a form of appreciation of our commitment in supporting the government's efforts to provide actual information to all communities, especially airport service users through infomudik.go.id during the 2019 Eid exodus," said Angkasa Pura I Corporate Secretary Handy Heryudhitiawan.

infomudik.go.id is an information portal developed by KSP to provide information related to Eid exodus. The information is collected from ministries, institutions and related SOEs. Infomudik.go.id will be developed to be the main portal for information on actual Eid exodus with innovative features. The success of the portal, apart from traffic increase, has also been proven to be able to reduce hoax.

Through surveys, monitoring the infomudik.go.id, and field trips, Angkasa Pura I became one of six SOEs deemed worthy of recognition for its performance in creating safe and conducive exodus in 14 airports under its management.

Angkasa Pura I successfully supported a smooth Eid exodus in 2019 and the able to achieve zero accident target with 3,749,339 passengers traffic, 30,576 aircraft traffic movements, and 12,200 tons cargo in 14 airports during the 2019 Eids Air Transport Post on May 29 (D-7) until June 13, 2019 (D+7).
