JAKARTA - Angkasa Pura Airports President Director Faik Fahmi has won the 2019 Most Admired CEO award in the category of Excellent Leadership for Airports Rebranding into World Class Image. The award was given by Warta Ekonomi to Faik for being able to bring reputation, vision and innovation so that Angkasa Pura I is able to achieve the best performance.
The award was given by Warta Ekonomi Chief Editor Muhammad Ihsan and investment company PT Saratoga Investama founder Sandiaga Uno to Faik Fahmi in the 2019 Indonesia Most Admired CEO Award event in Jakarta, Monday (16/12).
"I present this award to all Angkasa Pura Airports personnel who always work hard and work together in providing the best and valuable service to all service users in all airports managed by Angkasa Pura Airports," Faik said.
"Indonesia Most Admired CEO 2019 is an appreciation for the best company's CEO who is able to show the quality and positive image, chosen by employees and readers of Warta Ekonomi," Ihsan said.
In determining the ideal CEO, Warta Ekonomi uses quantitative research with online questionnaire given to 1,500 respondents from the end of October to November 2019 to receive their perceptions about an ideal CEO.
The respondents come from various cities and are permanent employees with the positions of manager, general manager or director who have worked for at least three years in national private companies, state-owned enterprises, or foreign companies.
The basic assessment criteria are the quality of competence, credibility and caring for the selected CEO, which are translated into Leadership, Professionalism, Personality and Performance. In addition, the CEO must have been working within the last 12 months, so that there is enough time in providing innovation in leading the company.
