JAKARTA – Angkasa Pura Airports Marketing and Service Director Devy Suradji won an award at Indonesia Spokesperson of The Year Award 2019 held by a national media Warta Ekonomi on Friday (15/3/2019).

Devy won The Best Spokesperson in Building Positive Image of Airport Management Modernization award.

“This appreciation is a real evidence and acknowledgment of Angkasa Pura Airports’ commitment to maintain active and effective communication continuously to all relevant stakeholders, including to public and media,” Devy said.

Indonesia Spokesperson of the Year Award 2019 is an event of appreciation dedicated to spokespersons who are considered capable of building trust and credibility of the company, creating and maintaining positive image, maintaining communication with the public, and providing valid information.

The winners of the awards are assessed based on four main criteria: external communication, crisis management, positive campaign on social media, and sentiment analysis. The assessment is carried out by research team from a digital agency Stratego, using qualitative survey methods with secondary data and media monitoring. The secondary data is taken from some online media in Indonesia from January to December 2018.

“Based on the research and assessments, 39 people have been named as winners of this event," said Stratego director Mochamad Arief.
