Angkasa Pura Airports Holds the 2019 Airport Ambassadors Competition

JAKARTA - Angkasa Pura Airports holds the 2019 Airport Ambassadors competition, aiming to constantly improve services and foster good relationship with airports’ users.

The Airport Ambassador competition is expected to give more humanistic services to airport service users, improve welcoming value through greeting in accordance with passenger profiles, and contribute to the hospitality ambience in airports as well as to develop active community participation especially creative and talented young men and women in the regions to promote airport services, tourism and culture of their respective regions.

“We encourage creative and talented men and women in Indonesia to join the 2019 Airport Ambassador competition and contribute to the development of tourism and local culture as well as to airport service,” said Angkasa Pura Airports Marketing and Service director Devy Suradji.  

The registration is opened in the beginning in 2019 and closed on March 15, 2019. The total prize of is of Rp55 million (US$3,875). Later on, the chosen Airport Ambassadors will be placed in all Angkasa Pura Airports for two years. The registration can be done in 13 branch office of Angkasa Pura Airports. Below is the schedule of the 2019 Airport Ambassadors competition:

February 8 – March 15, 2019   : Registration and CV Submission

March 18                      : 1st Selection

March 19                      : 2^nd Selection

March 21                      : Final Judging (at each airport)

March 25 – March 29   : Quarantine

Beginning of April         : Grand Final (Judging and Awarding Prizes)
