JAKARTA - Angkasa Pura Airports has officially appointed Rahadian D. Yogisworo as Vice President Corporate Secretary who has just replaced Handy Heryudhitiawan who was appointed General Manager of I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport - Bali.
The appointment of Rahadian D. Yogisworo as Vice President Corporate Secretary based on the Decree of the Directors of Angkasa Pura Airports Number: SKEP.DU.271/KP.04.01/2022 which was submitted directly by the President Director of Angkasa Pura Airports Faik Fahmi at Grha Angkasa Pura Airports, Kemayoran - Jakarta, Tuesday (24/5).
“As Vice President Corporate Secretary, Rahadian D. Yogisworo has the responsibility to ensure the overall management of all aspects of secretarial activities and corporate communications based on the Company's Work Plan and Budget (RKAP). He will also carry out a strategic function as a liaison between the company and all stakeholders and strengthen the company's image and reputation," said Angkasa Pura Airports President Director, Faik Fahmi.
"In addition, it is equally important as the Vice President Corporate Secretary to comply with the laws and regulations and ensure the implementation of good corporate governance, especially on transparency and disclosure of public information," said Faik Fahmi.
Rahadian D. Yogisworo is a career officer at Angkasa Pura Airports Prior to being appointed as Vice President Corporate Secretary, Rahadian has held various important positions in companies such as Route Development and Marketing Department Head in (2012-2016), Co. General Manager Commercial Airport I Gusti Ngurah Rai - Bali (2016-2019) and most recently served as Vice President Aeronautical Business And Airlines Development (2019-2022).

Yogisworo as Vice President Corporate Secretary will certainly strengthen the Corporate Secretary organization that oversees Corporate Communication and Stakeholder Relations & Board of Director Secretary as well as Angkasa Pura Airports management in an effort to achieve the company's vision & mission," added Faik Fahmi.
