Since 2006 Indonesian Service Quality Award in collaboration with the magazine Excellent Service has conducted a survey of 3000 respondents with respect to service and customer satisfaction, and the results are processed by the index as a benchmark benchmarking against standards of service quality in Indonesia. For the 2015 survey, has done in four major cities, namely Jakarta, Medan, Surabaya and Semarang.
