Jakarta - On Thursday (19/03/2015) all directors of subsidiary companies Angkasa Pura Airports gathered in the building Center For Excellence (CFE) in order to implement the General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPS). The event was also attended by the entire Board Of Directors Angkasa Pura Airports as shareholders. Preceded by PT. Angkasa Pura Hotel next PT. Angkasa Pura Property, PT. Angkasa Pura Retail, PT. Angkasa Pura Supports and last PT. Angkasa Pura Logistics.

Once opened by Tommy Soetomo as President Director of Angkasa Pura Airports, Director of each subsidiary alternately deliver presentation on the performance and financial statements in 2014. The achievement of which has been achieved by all subsidiaries in 2014 recorded a profit of  648.49 billion IDR. Besides, through the establishment of a subsidiary until 2014 has absorbed a workforce of approximately 9000 people both at central and branch offices.

In his presentation delivered, in 2015 there are some breakthrough made through this agreement with outside parties such as PT. Angkasa Pura Hotel cooperation with Citilink in order hotel transit marketing owned by the Ibis Budget Surabaya Airport Hotel (IBSA) and Ibis Budget Makassar Airport Hotel (IBMA) and following the Novotel Bali Airport Hotel which is planned in 2015 it will start operating. Besides, the other subsidiaries, namely PT. Angkasa Pura Retail has established cooperation with PT. Mitra Kerinci (RNI Group) for the marketing of premium green tea as well as the original Indonesian production, PT. Angkasa Pura Retail outlets will launch the opening of the bag shop at the Singapore Changi Airport with brand Tulisan.

In general, the entire responsibility report each subsidiary can be accepted with some input. As for the direction, Tommy Soetomo hope that each subsidiary can improve its performance in 2015 was mainly for children who have not reached the target company. In addition, the Board of Directors of subsidiaries in conducting marketing activities should be targeted so that it will eventually be able to increase its income. (AM)
