JAKARTA - Angkasa Pura Airports channeled logistical assistance in the form of food and medical supplies to flood victims in Gunung Sahari South Village, Central Jakarta (20/20). This assistance is channeled to ease the burden of those suffering from floods that hit Jakarta in mid-February 2015. The total assistance worth  46,940,104, - IDR totaling 250 package for 250 families in Gunung Sahari South Village, Central Jakarta

"We hope that aid distributed by Angkasa Pura Airports can reduce the burden of flood affected communities in Jakarta, especially for the mother and child," said Mariyanto, Head of Corporate Social Responsibility Angkasa Pura Airports in handover location.

In addition to Jakarta, Angkasa Pura Airports also distributing aid of community development program that includes education, social, and community in the environment around the airport. The assistance was also coincides with the 51 anniversary of Angkasa Pura Airports.

"It is a commitment and has become a work program for environmental development Angkasa Pura Airports to continue to give back to the community, in education, social, and community. We simultaneously delivering aid in the form of school supplies and scholarships for elementary school students around the Juanda International airport, Sam Ratulangi International Airport, Pattimura Ambon International Airport, and Praya Lombok International Airport. For social events such as mass circumcision we held for the community around Ahmad Yani International Airport. As for the distribution of aid in the form of food packages are distributed to the public around Praya Lombok International Airport and the El Tari Kupang International Airport," said Mariyanto.
