Program Partnership Fund of Angkasa Pura Airports to be Managed By PNM

JAKARTA – Angkasa Pura Airports has signed a cooperation agreement on the Fund Grant of the State-Owned Enterprise Partnership Program with state-owned financing company PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (PNM).

The signing was carried out by the Angkasa Pura Airports President Director Faik Fahmi and PNM Director Arief Mulyadi, witnessed by the SOE Ministry’s Deputy of Business Infrastructure Hambra at the ministry’s office in Jakarta on Tuesday (03/19/2019).

Through the signing of this cooperation, the Angkasa Pura Airports partnership funds will be managed by PNM and channeled for the development and empowerment of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) through the Economic Development Program for Family Welfare (Mekaar).

"The total of the partnership funding grants channeled by Angkasa Pura Airports through PNM reaches to Rp2 billion (US$141,000). Under the management of PNM, we hope that this partnership fund can be managed and channeled more optimally and beneficial for the progress of MSMEs in the country," Faik said.

Since 1992, Angkasa Pura Airports has disbursed partnership funds up to Rp390 billion. The fund is used by Angkasa Pura Airports to assist the development and empowerment of businesses owned by the communities around its working area.

"Through this SOE synergy, the recording of distribution and refunds from beneficiary MSMEs will become orderly based on the prevailing regulations," Faik added
