Ministry Of SOEs Appointed Harry Z. Soeratin As The Commissioner Of Angkasa Pura Airports

Jakarta, January 16, 2018 - Angkasa Pura Airports announced a change in the composition of the company commissioner where Harry Z. Soeratin was appointed as one of the Company's commissioners to replace Dwi Ary Purnomo who was appointed as Finance, Human Resources and General Director of PT Petrokimia Gresik since December 13, 2017.

The appointment and inauguration of the dismissal of this commissioner is based on the Decree of the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) as the General Meeting of Shareholders of Angkasa Pura Airports Number SK-17 /MBU/01/2018 regarding Termination and Appointment of Board of Commissioners of Angkasa Pura Airports dated January 16, 2018.

"We are grateful to Mr. Dwi Ary Purnomo for his contribution in fostering and directing Angkasa Pura I management to run its business operations.We welcome to Mr. Harry Z. Soeratin as Commissioner. We believe that the presence of this new commissioner will bring a positive contribution to the performance the company that is accelerating the development of new airports and supporting infrastructure in 2018,"said by the Corporate Secretary Angkasa Pura Airports Israwadi.

Harry Z. Soeratin previously served as Secretary-General in Social Ministry and currently serves as Head of the Social Ministry's Education, Research and Social Conseling (Kabadiklit Pensos).
