Enlivening Valentine’s Day, Angkasa Pura Airports Presents Activities, Surpirses For Passengers

JAKARTA - Angkasa Pura Airports presents various activities and surprises to passengers at its 12 airports to enliven Valentine's Day.

The series of activities is part of #StoryKasihdiBandaraAP1 (#LoveStoryAtAP1Airport) Campaign which is one of Angkasa Pura Airports efforts to provide a memorable and valuable experience to passengers.

"Various activities and surprises that we provide to passengers on Valentine's Day aim to create a pleasant customer experience that will have a positive impact on customer engagement," Angkasa Pura Airports president director Faik Fahmi.

At I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport in Bali, passengers can enjoy live music presenting love song both at domestic and international terminals. Passengers can also join fun games and take pictures in the Valentine's themed photobooth area.

At Juanda International Airport in Surabaya, passengers are invited to enjoy "Coffee for Love" where they can enjoy a cup of special coffee, take part in the Latte Art Mini Workshop and Wish Board for Surprise Flower. Lucky passengers even can get souvenirs.

Meanwhile, at Adisutjipto International Airport in Yogyakarta and Yogyakarta International Airport in Kulon Progo passengers are invited to decorate the cupcakes that have been provided while enjoying live music. Chocolates are also given to passengers.

At Sam Ratulangi International Airport in Manado, passengers are invited to arrange flowers and enjoy live music as well as ballet performed by children. Passengers can also take photo in Valentine-themed photobooth and enjoy free chocolate given by airport officers.

In addition, at Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport in Makassar, passengers could see fashion show with theme "Love Story" while passengers at Syamsudin Noor International Airport in Banjarmasin were entertained with live music.

Gifts like chocolates, cookies, cupcakes, and flowers are also given to lucky passengers at General Ahmad Yani International Airport in Semarang, Lombok International Airport in Praya, El Tari International Airport in Kupang, Pattimura International Airport in Ambon, Frans Kaisiepo International Airport in Biak, and Sentani International Airport in Jayapura .

"Our efforts are part of our commitment to continue to deliver excellent service at all airports that we manage, especially on special days such as Valentine's Day," Faik added.
