Balikpapan - The airport service user, the passangers were happy with the concept of new terminal that is free of smoking. No more distubance of cigarette smoke in the terminal because smoking area was prepared outside terminal. There were two corners for smooking area in floor 3 of Departure Terminal and two other smoking area corners in Floor 2 of Arrival Terminal. “This new airport is good enough preparing smoking area,” said Sriwahyuni (24) a passanger to Makassar city. According to him, the availabiliy of smoking area makes smokers no longer transfering the cigarette smoke to the other healthy people near them.

In the different plave, Randi (39) feels happy when the management prepares a resting room for passanger who wait for departure. “Well, I am from Bontang to Balikpapan and in Balikpapan, just buy the ticket but I am not sure with the departure schedule,” he said.
