Angkasa Pura I Serahkan Kembali Penerima Beasiswa ke Orangtua

JAKARTA - PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero) carry out the students’ granteehandover of PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero) 2013-2015 school year to each parents, Thursday (12/05/2016).

"Since 2013, through the Environtment Development program, PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero) distributed educational aid in the form of scholarships to 12 outstanding students from underprivileged families to pursue high school education at the Academy Students Nations International (Akademi Siswa Bangsa Internasional),"  explained Novrihandri, Finance & IT Director PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero). The fund channeled by PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero) in aid for education amounted to USD 1.98 M for 3 years.

12 students are from towns in Central and Eastern Indonesia which is the working area of PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero), namely Banjarmasin, Lombok, Kupang, Manado and Biak. 12 Students are Adrianus Apollos Wakum (Biak), AntonetaYubelinaWakum (Biak), Christian EkaWijaya (Manado), gift KristaniaWantania (Manado), AndienYudistiraGaret (Banjarmasin), DiahPramesthiNingrum (Banjarmasin), BaiqSanyAyu Citra (Lombok), Nasip (Lombok), Sally FrenslyLenahatu (Ambon), Ronaldo Jonathan Samson (Ambon), Kristian SolemanKuli (Kupang), and StevannyPegeen de Haan (Kupang).

"For three years, our students have been trying hard to hone the skills of academic and non-academic. On this day, they all have conducted a graduation at the school, with the value ofsatisfactory," said Maryanto, Head of Corporate Social Responsibility PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero).

"As the time they came to start learning, the parents handed students to PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero), then at the moment, they will be returned to the parents," he continued. The event closed with the submission of a symbolic memento of PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero) and took pictures together. [DSS]
