Angkasa Pura Airports Won The Award Of Indonesia Human Capital Award 2017

Jakarta, April 28th, 2017- PT Angkasa Pura I (Ltd) awarded The Best Human Capital for the category of State- Owned Enterprises (BUMN) Transport Sector in the event of Indonesia Human Capital Award (IHCA) III 2017 organized by Economic Review in cooperation with the Ministry of Manpower RI, IPMI, International Business School, NBO Group, Thomas International, Indonesia Asia Institute and Ideku Group.

IHCA III 2017 award was handed over by the Minister of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia M. Hanif Dhakiri to Human Capital Group Head of Angkasa Pura I Imron Qodari in Tridharma Room, Building A of the Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia, Jakarta (4/28).

“IHCA III 2017 Award is an appreciation for Angkasa Pura I towards the implementation of Human Resource Management & Development which is the spearhead of the company in running the airport business in the country, in the future we will continue to make continuous improvement so that all human resources in Angkasa Pura I can have quality better and more competitive, “said Human Capital Group Head of Angkasa Pura I, Imron Qodari.

The IHCA award is the highest award given to companies in Indonesia with the aim of encouraging Human Resources development practices to improve the Human Capital Index globally. The IHCA competition is followed by state-owned companies, state- owned companies, state-owned enterprises and private companies based on Industry categories.

Judging selection and assessment methods were conducted face-to – face by filling out questionnaires, conducting presentations and direct interviews with 14 jury members chaired by Yunus Triyonggo, Chairman of the Indonesian HR Institute (IndHRI). The jury assessed 10 major aspects such as Company profile & Organization Structure, Business Achievement, Human Capital Strategy, Recruitment Strategy & HR Planning, Learning & Development, Performance & Development, Human Resource Technology, Employee Engagement and Industrial Relations.

“The recipients of this award are companies that have been able to improve the competitiveness & leverage of Human Capital as a Leverage Performance Organization in the field of Strategic Human Capital Development, Recruitment and Talent Management, People Development, Performance Management and Technology Proponent Regional ASEAN. Become an indicator of corporate success and pride for the organization so as to support sustainable business growth, “said Yunus Triyonggo Chairman of the Jury IHCA III 2017.

Minister of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia M.
