Angkasa Pura Airports Received Award Of Lebaran Transportation 2017 From The Ministry Of Transportation

JAKARTA - Angkasa Pura Airports received award and appreciation for the implementation of Lebaran Transportation 2017 from the Ministry of Transportation of the Republic of Indonesia. The award certificate was awarded to Angkasa Pura Airports as an airport operators for active support during  Integrated Lebaran Transportation 2017, delivered by the Director General of Land Transportation, Puji Hartanto and received directly by Angkasa Pura Airports Operation Director Wendo Asrul Rose witnessed by Budi Karya Sumadi the Minister of Transportation, and Rudiantara the Minister of Communication and Information, at Dhanapala Building, Ministry of Finance, Central Jakarta, Tuesday (11/7) night.

"We are grateful for the appreciation given by the Ministry of Transportation for the implementation of Integrated Lebaran 2017 in Angkasa Pura I. This award is the motivation to continue to provide the best service to all airport passengers on Lebaran Transportation in the future," said Director of Angkasa Pura Airports, Danang S. Baskoro.

In addition to award-winning corporately, Ahmad Yani Airport Semarang, Adisutjipto Airport Yogyakarta and Juanda Airport Surabaya managed by Angkasa Pura Airports received the second category award in the form of plaque and certificate of transportation services directly to the community with the optimal results achievement. Award plaque and certificate are given directly by Minister of Transportation, Budi Karya Sumadi to General Manager Ahmad Yani Airport, Maryanto, and General Manager of Adi Sutjipto Airport Yogyakarta, Agus Pandu Purnama and General Manager of Juanda Airport Surabaya, Yuwono.

"To the recipients of the award, I can only say thank you for all the hard work and cooperation of all parties, Lebaran this year's transportation can be completed well. That, I once again say thank you," said Budi Karya Sumadi.

Angkasa Pura Airports recorded passenger traffic during Lebaran (June 15 - July 3, 2017) reached 5,185,137 passengers or grew 5.55% compared to 2016 reached 4,913,547 passengers. Of that total, domestic passenger contributions amounted to 4,378,285 passengers (84%) and international passengers of 807,652 passengers (16%).

Meanwhile, the movement of aircraft traffic in Lebaran 2017 period reached 39,334 aircraft or grew 4.35% compared to 2016 which reached 37,696 aircraft. While as, the cargo traffic reached 17,441,524 Kg in 2017 or grew 23.3% compared to the 2016 which reached 14,145,562 Kg.

Total traffic of domestic and international passengers on Lebaran transportation (June 15 - July 3, 2017) at Juanda Airport Surabaya reached 1,162,076 passengers or grows 0.61% compared to 2016 which reached 1,155,034 passengers. As for the traffic in the period of Lebaran 2017 reached 8.200 aircraft or down 1.05% compared to the year 2016 which reached 8.287 aircraft. Meanwhile, cargo traffic reached 4,034,258 Kg or grew 20.14% compared to the previous year which reached 3,358,055 Kg.

Total traffic of domestic and international passengers on Lebaran transportation (June 15 - July 3, 2017) at Adi Sutjipto Airport Yogyakarta reached 445,431 passengers or 12.25% growth compared to 2016 reached 396,831 passengers. As for the traffic in the period of Lebaran 2017 reached 3.297 aircraft or grew 12.83% compared to 2016 which reached 2.922 aircraft. Meanwhile, cargo traffic reached 768,808 Kg or decreased 5.38% compared to the previous year which reached 812,503 Kg.

Total traffic of domestic and international passengers on Lebaran transportation (June 15 - July 3, 2017) at Ahmad Yani Airport in Semarang reached 243.455 passengers or grew 3.59% compared to 2016 reached 235,013 passengers. As for the traffic in the period of Lebaran 2017 transport reached 2.003 aircraft or grew 3.57% compared to 2016 which reached 1.934 aircraft. While cargo traffic reached 857.487 Kg or grew 35.90% compared to the previous year which reached 630.974 Kg. [AD]
