Angkasa Pura Airports Ready To Face Challenges With Three New Directors

JAKARTA - Angkasa Pura Airports is ready to face various challenges and dynamic conditions in the future with three new directors appointed by the Ministry of SOE on Friday, March 13, 2020.

SOE Ministry, as the shareholder of Angkasa Pura Airports, has appointed Andy Saleh Bratamihardja, Dendi Tegar Danianto and Israwadi as Angkasa Pura Airports Directors at the ministry headquarters in Jakarta.

Dendi was appointed as Business Development Director replacing Sardjono Jhony Tjitrokusumo. Andy was appointed as Finance Director replacing Novrihandri. Meanwhile, Israwadi was appointed as Compliance, Asset and Procurement Director who will lead a new directorate called the Compliance, Asset and Procurement Directorate. Israwadi previously served as Vice President of Internal Audit of Angkasa Pura Airports.

The appointment of Andy, Dendi and Israwadi as Directors is based on the SOE Minister Decree No.SK-74/MBU/03/2020 dated March 13, 2020 on Termination, Changes in Position Nomenclature and Appointment of PT Angkasa Pura I Directors.

In a copy of the Decree signed by SOE Minister Erick Thohir, the SOE Ministry confirmed the termination of Sardjono Jhony Tjitrokusumo as Business Development Director and Novrihandri as Finance Director who were appointed based on SOE Ministerial Decree SK No:155/MBU 08/2017 dated August 11, 2017 juncto SK-160/ MBU/06/2018 dated June 6, 2018 and SK-222/MBU/11/2015 dated November 9, 2015 juncto SK:155/MBU/08/2017 dated August 11, 2017 juncto SK-160/MBU/06/2018.

Submission of the copy of the decree was conducted by the SOE Ministry’s Deputy Assistant for Energy, Logistics, Regional and Tourism Business Affairs II Silvester Budi Agung and also attended by most Directors of Angkasa Pura Airports along with officials and employees of the Ministry of SOEs.

"With Dendi Tegar Danianto as Business Development Director; Andy Saleh Bratamihardja as Finance Director; and the appointment of Israwadi as Compliance, Assets and Procurement Director can certainly help companies that are facing a major challenge this year such as demands to continue to grow in the midst of the decline in passenger traffic due to force majeure which is COVID-19 pandemic," said Angkasa Pura Airports president director Faik Fahmi.

Faik added that the company is developing seven airports this year. "The cost leadership and revenue enhancement strategy of potential revenue other than aeronautics that the company starting to intensify at this time requires input from these three new directors who have qualified experience in their respective fields," Faik said.

Before his appointment as Angkasa Pura Airports Finance Director, Andy Saleh Bratamihardja has had vast experience across the financial industry sector. From 2018 until 2020, Andy Bratamihardja served as Mandiri Sekuritas Investment Banking Director. Meanwhile, Dendi Tegar Danianto is an expert in the field of branding and entrepreneurship who used to hold postion as Pertamina’s Head of Marketing Communication Head and INASGOC Vice Secretary General. Israwadi is a career officer of Angkasa Pura Airports who previously served as Vice President of Internal Audit and Corporate Secretary of Angkasa Pura Airports.
