KUPANG - Angkasa Pura Airports focus of activities in commemoration of the Independence Day the70th in the area of El Tari Airport, Kupang, East Nusa Tenggara. The event of Healthy Walk 8 kilometer was held as an opening activity titled "SOE Present to the State" this Sunday morning (16/08).
"The activity of Healthy Walk is the opening of a series activities welcoming the Independence Day this year. The Healthy Walk event in Kupang was followed by 2000's participants came from state-owned enterprises and the general public around Kupang," said GM Airport El Tari Kupang, IGKG Arnawa.
The Healthy Walk that takes the starting line and finish at the soccer field El Tari Kupang Airport is released by the Director of Finance and IT Angkasa Pura Airports Gunawan Agus Subrata, Director of Danareksa Heru D Adhiningrat, and Director of Semen Kupang Abdul Madjid Nampira.
According Arnawa, the program "SOE Present to the State" which is a compulsory program of the Ministry of SOEs in NTT is worked by Angkasa Pura Airports with PT Danareksa (Persero). In addition, some state-owned enterprises in the province are also involved in these activities, such as Jamkrindo, Jasa Raharja, TASPEN, Bank Mandiri, BNI, Garuda Indonesia, Bank BTN, Semen Kupang, Kimia Farma, Pertamina and Waskita Karya.
"After The Healthy Walk, participants are welcome to enjoy the food and entertainment. Shared also door prizes with the grand prize of a motorcycle," said Arnawa.
In the evening held a public cinema on the big screen at the same location. In this event the organizers also distributed door prizes with the main prize of a bike.
The next day, exactly on August 17, 2015, a ceremony will be held on the 70th anniversary of the Republic of Indonesia on the volleyball court area El Tari Kupang Airport. "On the occasion will be given aid to the 17 SMKs in NTT in the form of computer equipment symbolically and home repairing aid for 45 legions of veteran," added Arnawa. [AH]
