YOGYAKARTA - Angkasa Pura Airports has opened an opportunity for national and international scale business actors to participate in the selection of commercial business partner at Yogyakarta International Airport (YIA) in Kulon Progo. The current selection of business partner includes the category of billboard management or advertising and aircraft cargo expeditions (EMPU).
Registration for the selection and the qualification documents submit for advertising business partners opened on November 19 and closed on December 5, 2019. For EMPU business partners, the registration opened from November 19 and closed on November 29, 2019.
For information, Yogyakarta International Airport, which has been operating since May 6, 2019, has served 185,000 passengers as of the end of October. As for aircraft movements, YIA has served 2,044 aircraft movements after six months operating.
"The high number of passengers and aircraft movements is a potential market for businesses actors to start doing business at YIA, especially after the airport is fully operational for domestic and international flights," said Angkasa Pura Airports marketing and service director Devy Suradji.
