Angkasa Pura Airports Briefs Central Java Students about the Archipelago

SEMARANG - Angkasa Pura Airports along with PT Perkebunan Nusantara IX (Persero) or PTPN IX, PT Perkebunan Nusantara X (Persero) or PTPN X, PT Kawasan Industri Wijayakusuma or KIW and the Central Java Education and Culture Agency has given a briefing to outstanding students  who have passed the selection of Student Know the Archipelago (SMN) program. The briefing was carried out at Gedung Terpadu of Jenderal Ahmad Yani International Airport in Semarang on Tuesday (8/13).

"This SMN program is a series activities of BUMN Hadir Untuk Negeri[SOE Presents for the Nation] which aims to instils a sense of pride and love for the Republic of Indonesia as a nation that has a lot of natural resources and vast territory from early age to the students," said Jenderal Ahmad Yani International Airport general manager Hardi Ariyanto,

This year, 20 outstanding students from high school and vocational high school, two students with disabilities, one outstanding teacher, two teachers accompanying students with disabilities and one assistant from the agency will depart to North Sulawesi on August 14, 2019.

"Through this briefing, it is hoped that students can prepare themselves and mentally ready to participating in activities held in North Sulawesi. In the province, the students will get various lessons and training which are expected to be able to add more insights about archipelago and  regional potential, strengthen self character and foster love to the nation,Hardi said.

In the briefing, the students will get materials about SOEs including Angkasa Pura Airports, PTPN IX, PTPN X and KIW, journalistic training from LKBN Antara and material about social media from influencers and YouTubers from Semarang, Nahda. In 2019, Angkasa Pura Airports became the SOE Coordinator of BUMN Hadir Untuk Negeriin Central Java by synergizing with PTPN IX, PTPN X, and KIW as SOEscompanion.

Up
