JAKARTA - Angkasa Pura Airports announced three winners of the first Angkasa Pura Airports Customer Appreciation Program "Eat, Shop, Fly" held on June 1 to September 15, 2019. The winners are:
- Grand Prize Winner: Kresna Jaya Prasetia Pancakarsa who won a travel package for two people to London.
- Point Prize I Winner: Misbahul Hasan who won the 256GB iPhone XS.
- Point Prize II Winner: Riska Rahayu who won the GoPro Hero 7.
The drawing and validation of the winners was conducted at Angkasa Pura Airports Angkasa Central Office in Kemayoran Thursday (17/10) by the Angkasa Pura Airports Marketing and Services Director Devy Suradji and witnessed by relevant authorities such as representatives from the Ministry of Social Affairs, Jakarta Social Service, Police and notary public.
The "Eat, Shop, Fly" program is an appreciation program for Angkasa Pura Airports customers who shop at various tenants at 14 airports managed by Angkasa Pura Airports during the period July 1, 2019 to January 20, 2019. They get the opportunity to win a variety of prizes.
"Congratulations to the lucky customers of Angkasa Pura Airports who have succeeded in collecting the most shopping points in the tenants at 14 airports of Angkasa Pura Airports. Hopefully this program provides added value for customers of Angkasa Pura Airports," Devy said.
The "Eat, Shop, Fly" program, Devy added, is held for the first time by Angkasa Pura Airports, aiming to give added value to its customers and efforts to improve services for airport users.
"We always try to make the airport not only as a place for passengers who want to fly, but also as a destination so the airport should be a comfortable place. It shouldn’t be [seen] only as an airport passenger terminal, but also as a hub with variety of activities including tenants who also actively interacting [with customers]. Therefore, the comfort of passengers at the airport must be a priority," Devy said.
The drawing and validation of the winners of the second period of "Eat, Shop, Fly", both Grand Prize and Point Prize prizes, will be conducted in November 2019 from transaction data of September 16 until the end of November. Airport service users can win the Grand Prize through a series of drawing by collecting Grand Prize lottery coupons. Meanwhile, passengers can win Point Prize based on the accumulation of the highest number of points in each drawing period.
For each Grand Prize winner of the next period, which are travel packages to Tokyo (Period II) and Sydney (Period III), will get two round trip economy class plane tickets, accommodation for five days four nights, and pocket money. Meanwhile, the prize of Point Prize are iPhone XS and GoPro Hero 7.
