JAKARTA - The entire GM services of Angkasa Pura Airports signed the edict of service at the Ministry of Transportation, Jakarta, Thursday (29/10), witnessed by the Minister of Transportation, Ignatius Jonan.

The signing of this service intimation for BUBU guaranteeing the implementation of the obligations set out in Article 17, paragraph 1 (f) of the Regulation of the Minister of Communications No. 56 Year 2015 on Exploitation activities at the airport. BUBU in these regulations shall provide services to users of airport services in accordance with service standards set by the Minister of Transport, namely:


1. Have a certificate of aerodrome or register airports
2. To provide airport facilities that operational acceptance, and to maintain the airworthiness of airport facilities
3. Provide personnel have the competence for maintenance and operation of airport facilities
4. Maintain and enhance the competence of personnel who maintain and operate facilities airports
5. Provide and update each procedure and treatment operation of airport facilities
6. Providing service to users of the airport services in accordance with service standards set by the Minister
7. Provides smooth traffic personnel and aircraft operating officer
8. Maintain and improve safety, security, smoothness and comfort in airports
9. Maintain and improve security and order in airports
10. Maintaining the environment
11. Comply with the provisions of the legislation
12. Perform internal supervision and control of the viability of airport facilities, the implementation of maintenance procedures and operation of airport facilities, and personnel competence airports
13. Submit a financial report audited by a registered public accounting firm that is at least contain the balance sheet, ruby-profit, cash flow, and the breakdown of costs, each year no later than the end of April next year to DGCA
14. Maintaining financial performance at least on the financial condition when the first license granted by the Director General
15. Report if happen change of person in charge or owner of a business entity airports, airports domicile entity, and cooperation with other legal entities in the service of airport services to the Director General for BUBU
16. Provide regular reports to the Director General and the Airports Authority

In providing services to service users airports, BUBU obliged to provide facilities for operational service at least 70% and commercial services at most 30% of the total area of the passenger terminal was reduced circulation space and utility buildings by 20%, where the facility commercial service placing not disturb the flow of passengers and goods in the process of departure and arrival at the airport.

If BUBU not carry out this mandate, the Ministry of Transportation will give sanctions in the form of warnings, fines, and prohibition of tariff adjustments. In the warning sanction, BUBU given period of time to meet the conditions set (the first warning to the fulfillment of the three-month period, the second warning to the fulfillment of the two-month period, the third warning to the fulfillment of the one-month period).

If after one month of the third warning there is no follow-up and BUBU, then BUBU will be liable to a fine of 3 (three) months PJP2U and deposited into the state treasury. The sanctions are the toughest and conditions BUBU prohibited tariff adjustments for 5 (five) years. [DSS / PR AP I]
