Balikpapan - President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono (SBY) said that the Master Plan for the Acceleration and Expansion of Indonesian Economic Development (MP3EI) from 2011 to 2025 requires a budget to reach 4.700 trillion IDR. "The fund would be so large that it can not possibly be met by state and local budgets, so that there should be the role of state-owned enterprises and private enterprises as well," Yudhoyono said in a speech while inaugurating the 10 projects of East Kalimantan MP3EI, at Balikpapan on Monday.

4.700 trillion IDR funds reach the 40 percent are funds of employers or private party preferred from domestic investors, then investors from abroad. Then 25 percent of the SOEs and local enterprises, 15 percent of the state budget, and the remaining 20 percent is a joint venture of the government and the private sector.
