JAKARTA - The Ministry of SOEs as the shareholders of Angkasa Pura Airports appointed Lukman F. Laisa as Technical Director of PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero) to replace Polana B. Pramesti the previously designated as Director of Flight Navigation at the Directorate General of Air Transportation Ministry of Transportation on 14 February 2018.
The appointment of Lukman F. Laisa as the Technical Director of Angkasa Pura Airports was conducted in the General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) of PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero) through copy of Letter SK-53/MBU/03/2018 regarding Termination and Appointment of Board of Directors of the Company PT Angkasa Pura I dated March 5, 2018.
In a copy of the Decree signed by the Minister of SOEs Rini M. Soemarno, the Ministry of SOEs confirmed the dismissal with respect to Polana Banguningsih Pramesti as Technical Director appointed by Minister of SOE Decree No. SK-208/MBU/2013 dated April 10, 2013 jo.SK-155/MBU/08/2017 dated August 11, 2017, starting from February 14, 2018. On the occasion, Minister Rini M. Soemarno through the Decree raised Lukman as Technical Director of Angkasa Pura Airports.
The submission of the decree copywas made by the Assistant Deputy of Financial Services Business, Survey Service and Consultant II of the Ministry of SOEs Wien Irwanto, who also attended by all Directors of Angkasa Pura Airports along with officials and employees of the Ministry of SOEs.

Prior to his mandate as Technical Director of Angkasa Pura Airports, Lukman F. Laisa had experiences in the world of air transportation. From 2015 to 2017, Lukman served as Technical Director of Indonesian Air Navigation Service Provider (LPPNPI) Public Company or AirNav Indonesia. Then in 2017, Lukman was appointed by Minister of Transportation to become Head of Sub Directorate of Air Transportation Directorate of the Directorate General of Civil Aviation of the Ministry of Transportation. Prior to joining AirNav, Lukman was already had working career in the Ministry of Transportation.
