BALI - Marketing and Business Development Director of Angkasa Pura Airports, Robert Daniel Waloni together with the General Manager I Gauti Ngurah Rai Herry Ahmad Yani Sikado warmly welcomed the visit of the Commission VI of the House of Representatives, led by H. Achmad Hafisz Tohir of the Amanat Nasional Party (PAN) to the International Airport of I Gusti Ngurah Rai Bali, Saturday (14/2). Present in the entourage of about 12 members, accompanied by a three-person commission secretariat and several local and national media.

In the Working Visit implemented discussion of airport development and its contribution to the local economy. "Development of the I Gusti Ngurah Rai Bali International Airport absorbs at least 1,250 new workers of only three companies those are Dufri, Autogrill and DFS. And the three companies directly involved 174 local companies to supply operational needs." said Robert Daniel Waloni the Commission VI.

According to H. Achmad Hafisz Tohir, the purpose of the working visit of House of Representatives Commission VI to the I Gusti Ngurah Rai Bali Airport is to see how the contribution to the community development of the airport in around Bali. In 2014 then, I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport Bali serve 17.3 million passengers, growing by 11.1%. Of overall company involved, more than 50% are local investors. In 2014 alone, I Gusti Ngurah Rai Bali Airport paid tax of 29 billion IDR out of VAT.
