JAKARTA - The Ministry of SOEs as shareholder of PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero) to turn the position of President Director of Angkasa Pura Airports in the SOE Ministry office, Jakarta, Monday (22/06).
Based on the Decree of the Minister of SOE No. SK-98 / MBU / 06/2015 dated June 22, 2015, President Director of Angkasa Pura Airports Tommy Soetomo replaced by Sulistyo Wimbo Hardjito, who previously served as Director of PT Pelni (Persero). In addition, Saptandri Widiyanto also listed as the Board of Directors Angkasa Pura Airports, replacing Daan Achmad that since January 15, 2015 and has been inducted as a director at PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero).
"Thus, the composition of the new board of directors Angkasa Pura Airports today are Sulistyo Wimbo Hardjito as president director, accompanied by five directors, namely Robert Daniel Waloni, Gunawan Agus Subrata, Yushan Sayuti, Polana B Pramesti, and Saptandri Widiyanto," said Corporate Secretary Angkasa Pura Airports Farid Indra Nugraha.
Since serving as President Director of Angkasa Pura Airports on July 23, 2010, Tommy Soetomo managed to bring Angkasa Pura Airports become one of the state that counts. If in 2010 Angkasa Pura Airports recorded total net revenues of 377.9 billion IDR, at the end of 2014 the company achieved a profit of 928.6 billion IDR, an increase of 172 percent. In fact, in terms of passenger growth served 13 airports under the management of Angkasa Pura Airports, in 2010 Angkasa Pura Airports serving 49.1 million passengers, while in 2014 as many as 73.2 million passengers, or simply grows around 49 percent. While asset Angkasa Pura Airports currently recorded 15.8 trillion, an increase of 73.6% when compared to the year 2010 in the amount of assets of 9.1 trillion IDR.
Under skipper of CEO of best elected by TEMPO 2012, Angkasa Pura Airports successfully accelerate the development and construction of airports under its management. Throughout 2010-2014, Angkasa Pura Airports already recorded operates several new terminals, such as the new Lombok International Airport terminal in Praya, Lombok on October 20, 2011, the international terminal I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport Bali (19 September 2013), Terminal 2 (T2) Juanda Airport in Surabaya (February 14, 2014), a new airport terminal Sultan Aji Muhammad Sulaiman Sepinggan (March 22, 2014), and a new domestic terminal I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport Bali (17 September 2014).
