According to Faik, by 2018 Angkasa Pura Airports will undertake several airport marketing programs and related customer relationship management activities. "Among them are incentive programs for airlines, Collaborative Destination Development (CDD), and integrated marketing campaign. It is expected that this will help the airline in developing its business, especially in the opening of new routes and the addition of flight frequencies. It is also a way of Angkasa Pura I in contributing to advance the national aviation industry, encouraging increased air transport traffic, optimizing airport performance, as well as providing alternative flight schedules for the community,"Faik added.

The incentive program for airlines is the exemption of landing fee for new routes or flights at Pattimura Ambon Airport, Frans Kaisiepo Biak Airport, and El Tari Airport Kupang for 6 months. Then 50% landing fee for new routes or flights at I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport Bali, Juanda Airport Surabaya, SAMS Sepinggan Airport Balikpapan, Sultan Hasanuddin Airport Makassar, Adisutjipto Airport Yogyakarta, Sam Ratulangi Airport Manado, Lombok Praya Airport, Adi Soemarmo Airport Solo, and Syamsudin Noor Airport Banjarmasin for 6 months.

"The incentive program for other airlines is in the form of waivers of airline promotion expenses at the airport for a full month, waivers for the inauguration of new airport routes, and incentives to stimulate passenger growth," added by Devy Suradji's Director of Marketing and Space Services.

Collaboration Destination Development (CDD) in 2018 will be conducted in 10 cities, namely Solo, Balikpapan, Biak, Ambon, Lombok, Surabaya, Makassar, Manado, Banjarmasin and Kupang.
