ACI Awarded The World Class Award For I Gusti Ngurah Rai Bali Airport And Sultan Hasanuddin Makassar Airport

Port Louis, Mauritius - Airports Council International (ACI) awarded the prestigious World Service Award (ASQ) Awards 2016 - for two airports of PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero), I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport and Sultan Hasanuddin Makassar Airport. The award presentation was made by Director General ACI Angela Gittens to the President Director of Angkasa Pura Airports Danang S. Baskoro on "27th Airport Council International Africa/World: Annual General Assembly Conference & Exhibition" in Port Louis, Mauritius, Wednesday (18/10/2017).

I Gusti Ngurah Rai Bali Airport won the title of "The 3rd World Best Airport 2016" for airport category with 15-25 million passengers per year, while Sultan Hasanuddin Makassar Airport became "The Most Improved Airport in Asia-Pacific 2016" at ASQ Awards 2016. ASQ is the only global benchmarking program that measures airport passenger satisfaction levels conducted by ACI, a leading international airport organization based in Montreal, Canada. ASQ Award 2016 is the result of a survey conducted by ACI to 600 thousand passengers at the airport in 41 languages ​​in 84 countries during the year 2016 ago. The survey measures passenger views on 34 key performance indicators, including airport access, check-in, security screening, toilets, and shops and restaurants at the airport. The survey was conducted exactly at each airport, allowing each airport to compare itself to other airports around the world and how best practices for world-class airport operators.
