Angkasa Pura Airports as one of the country's economic drivers of SOEs is ready to welcome and return to serve passengers of aircraft services with a concept of safe and comfortable airport service in the midst of the Pandemic COVID-19 situation by publishing the Health Protocol Guidelines for The New Normal situation.

The presence of The New Normal Health Protocol Guidelines at Angkasa Pura Airports is our real effort and commitment in preventing the transmission of COVID-19 through changes into The New Normal lifestyle initiated by the government, especially the Ministry of SOEs through Circular Number: S-336/MBU/05/2020 dated May 15, 2020 concerning the preparation of The New Normal scenario in SOE environment

This guideline specifically regulates travel procedures & requirements for potential domestic and international passengers, as our efforts to prevent COVID-19 transmission and application of Covid-19 health protocol, including the application of Social/Physical Distancing, checking body temperature, to checking health documents in The New Normal situation at airports managed by Angkasa Pura Airports with reference to the Health Protocol issued by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia and the Task Force for the Acceleration of Handling COVID-19.
