Management of the Partnership Program and Community Development (PKBL) in each of the State Owned Enterprises (SOEs) is based on Decision and Regulation of the Ministry of SOEs as shareholder of SOEs in Indonesia. Decisions and Regulations Ministry of the legal basis CSR management are:

Decree of the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises / Chairman of the Board of Trustees of SOEs No. Kep-216 / M-PBUMN / 1999, dated 28 September 1999, of the Partnership Program and Community Development SOE;

Decree of the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises No. KEP-236 / MBU / 2003, dated June 17, 2003, on SOE Partnership Program with Small Business and Community Development Program, and last through

Regulation of the Minister of State Enterprises No. Per-05 / MBU / 2007, dated 27 April 2007 regarding SOE Partnership Program with Small Business and Community Development Program

In addition to the SOE Ministry Decree and Regulations above shareholders in the company, the implementation of the Partnership and Community Development Program of PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero), on the basis of the Decision of the Board of Directors of PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero) No. KEP.42 / KU.13 / 2010 dated June 11, 2010, on a directive implementation of Partnership and Community Development Program of PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero).
