Dividend Information

PT Angkasa Pura I pays dividends based on the General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) resolution. Dividend payments shall be made no later than one month after the GMS takes place through the Management Accountability Meeting in the current year. The dividend distribution is carried out by adhering to profitability and business expansion policy, and profit allowance based on the Company’s operational needs and business development.

Based on the Minutes of the General Meeting of Shareholders No. AP.I.4342/KU.01.03/2020/DU-B dated July 2, 2020, the Company’s shareholders agreed not to distribute dividends and set a general reserve for retained earnings of Rp1,451,359,978.

Based on the Minutes of the General Meeting of Shareholders No. AP.I.3691/KU.01.03/2021/DU-B dated June 28, 2021, the Company’s shareholders agreed not to distribute dividends.
