In order to increase Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), Angkasa Pura Airports accelerate the development and construction of airports as well as complement its facilities in order to increase customer satisfaction.
Development and construction of the airport include the Lombok International Airport in Praya, Central Lombok, which officially opened October 20, 2011, to replace the Selaparang Airport in Mataram. Furthermore, September 19, 2013, ahead of the 2013 APEC summit in Bali, a new international terminal International Airport I Gusti Ngurah Rai is also authorized to operate. With this development, airport capacity is to increase from 9.7 million passengers per year to 24.7 million passengers per year.
On February 14, 2014, Terminal 2 (T2) Juanda International Airport also started to operate, that increase the airport's capacity from 8 million passengers per year to 14 million passengers per year.
